This is a 10-year-old single malt Scotch from Glenfarclas, one of the few Scottish distilleries still in private hands and not part of a large group.
It matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks. Despite its relatively young age, it is noted for a depth and a finish that would normally be expected of a much older whisky.
