Glenfarclas – 105 Cask Strength (70cl)

Glenfarclas 105 is a cask strength Speyside single malt, in a 70cl bottle. It is described as carrying the range of Glenfarclas flavours in a single glass. It drinks smoothly at full strength, and a little water opens it up further. The nose is oaky and complex, with apples, pears and a dark toffee sweetness. The palate starts dry and assertive, then turns rich and spicy, with a hint of oak and sherried fruit. The finish is warming, with a lingering spiciness.
