Glenfarclas 105 is a Highland single malt bottled at cask strength, 60% ABV. The first version appeared in 1968, and the name 105 refers to the same strength expressed in British proof.
The nose is deep and sherried, creamy and nutty, with honey on toast and a touch of smoky coffee. On the palate it is silky, with spicy, peppery oak, almond, praline and hazelnut, plus dried peel and a hint of Armagnac. The finish is long, peppery and nutty.
