Glenfarclas 105 is a Highland single malt from Scotland, bottled at cask strength, 60% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. A little water helps to open up its depth.
The nose is complex and oaky, with apples and pears and a dark toffee sweetness. The palate is dry and assertive, developing a rich spiciness with a hint of oak and sherried fruit. The finish is smooth for the strength, warming and rounded, with a lingering smokiness.
