Glenfarclas 105 is a cask strength single malt bottled at 60% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name comes from the old British proof scale, on which 100 proof is 57.1% and 105 proof is 60%.
It is known for a heavy sherry influence, with intense, creamy notes of dried fruits and spices on both the nose and the palate.
