Glenfarclas – 15 Years (46%)

Glenfarclas 15 Years is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46%, the strength the grandfather of the distillery's current owner liked best. Glenfarclas fills its spirit into Spanish sherry casks, and the whisky is a rich golden amber in colour. The nose combines oak, sherry, malt and a little smoke. The palate has an oily oak character, with a gentle peatiness and plenty of energy. The finish is long and smooth.
