Glenfarclas 17 is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for 17 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
The sherry casks add sweetness, alongside dried fruits such as figs and raisins, dark chocolate, spice and a hint of oak. The mouthfeel is rich and smooth.
The finish is long and warming, with lingering fruit, spice and subtle oak.
