Glenfarclas 190th Anniversary Edition is a limited-edition single malt marking 190 years of the Speyside distillery, bottled at 51.4% in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of 78 casks, comprising five decades of whisky laid down by the family-owned maker. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
The release draws on the distillery's direct-fired stills and the hand-selection of every whisky. Typical notes are green apple, spicy Christmas cake, dark chocolate and fresh tobacco.
