Glenfarclas – 1988 The Famous Scots Edition No.22 - Thomas Reid is a single malt whisky from Glenfarclas (Speyside). Bottled at 46% ABV, 70cl. Matured in sherry casks. Considered among the finest of the Speyside malt distilleries and one of the few of its age to still be family-owned. J&G Grant became its sole shareholders in 1898 and continue to run it in a traditional manner, notably using direct-fired stills to create a rich, weighty spirit.
