Glenfarclas 1997/2012 is a Speyside single malt released by the distillery at a cask strength of 53.6%, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled on 20 February 2012, drawn from eleven sherry casks, in a limited run of 6,000 bottles.
Glenfarclas has been in the hands of the Grant family since 1865. Direct-fired stills and long experience with sherry casks shape its production, and this Premium Edition follows that classic style.
