The Glenfarclas Easter Edition is a single malt distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026. It was matured mainly in first-fill sherry casks in the distillery's traditional dunnage warehouses, and the large share of first-fill sherry gives it an intensely dark colour.
It is a full-bodied, amber-coloured whisky with complex sherry aromas and pronounced fruit. Dark chocolate comes through, and the finish carries Demerara sweetness.
