This is Glenfarclas 21 Year Old, a single malt selected and bottled at cask strength by Wm Cadenhead. It was distilled in 2001, then matured in a Madeira cask from 2017 until it was bottled in winter 2023. Only 246 bottles were filled.
Rose petals, tea leaves and gooseberries lead the nose. The palate offers barley water, raspberries and peaches, and the finish brings dried mango, wine gums and walnuts.
