This special 1 litre bottling was distilled and bottled by J&G Grant at Glenfarclas Distillery, Speyside, and was produced in honour of the 22nd Special Air Service Regiment. The bottle is presented in a bespoke wooden box bearing the SAS winged dagger emblem and the motto 'Who Dares Wins', with the reverse of the bottle engraved with the parachute wings and a verse from James Elroy Flecker's 'The Golden Journey to Samarkand'. Matured for 22 years and bottled at 46% ABV, the expression carries the subtitle 'The Spirit of Independence'.
