This is a 25 year old single malt from Glenfarclas, a Speyside distillery that remains family owned. John Grant bought the business in 1865, and each generation of the Grant family has kept the stills running since.
It is a long-aged, sherried Speyside malt, smooth and silky in texture.
The flavours are rich and generous: fruitcake, hazelnuts and dried fruit, with a hint of dark chocolate and coffee.
