This is a 26 year old single malt from Glenfarclas in Speyside, bottled at 47.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled on 26 June 2022.
The whisky matured in Oloroso sherry casks, which give it a dry character and a rich texture. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Tasting notes describe sweet raisins and forest honey, with juicy dates, ripe grapes and a candied sweetness. Vanilla custard, hazelnuts and raisins linger on the finish.
