Glenfarclas 30 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured primarily in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV.
It is made by Glenfarclas Distillery, which has been family-owned since 1865.
Raisins, orange marmalade, toffee and old oak with layered spice mark the nose. The palate is full-bodied, with sherry-soaked fruit, marzipan, nuts and dark chocolate, and the finish is long, with dried fruit, cocoa and soft oak spice.
