This is a 35-year-old single malt from Glenfarclas, the family-owned Speyside distillery. It was distilled in 1986, matured in Spanish oak sherry casks and released in 2021 at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The notes point to fruit cake, dark chocolate and cinnamon, an elegant take on the flavours the distillery is known for.
