Glenfarclas – 40 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

A 40 year old single malt from Glenfarclas, a Speyside distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is bottled from casks specially selected by George S. Grant, the distillery's Director of Sales. He is the sixth generation of the family that owns and manages Glenfarclas. The distillery works with direct-fired stills, which give a heavy single malt, and matures almost all of its whisky in Jerez sherry casks.
