Glenfarclas is a family distillery founded in 1836, and the house is known for sherry cask maturation.
The nose brings antique oak, dried fig, orange peel and dark toffee. On the palate, layered sherry sweetness comes with leather, spice, cocoa and dried fruit, leading to a long, contemplative finish.
