This is an eight-year-old single malt from the Glenfarclas distillery in Speyside, Scotland, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is made from malted barley and local water, and matured for at least eight years in oak casks.
On the nose it offers dried fruit, honey and light spice. The palate is soft and enveloping, leading to a lingering finish with a little vanilla and oak.
