Glenfarclas 8 Years Old is a single malt from one of the few privately owned distilleries in Scotland, bottled at 40% ABV.
It is a Highland malt with a fresh, full flavour and a sherry sweetness running through it.
The nose offers sherry and fruit. The palate is round and malty, with toffee and fruit, and the finish is soft and well balanced, with sherry and a little light spice.
