Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a single malt that keeps the sweet, fruity character of the distillery's 12 Year Old, with fresh pear and crisp apple, but is deeper, sweeter and oakier. Its colour is a rich amber.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with pear, delicate dried fruits and subtle spice. The palate is sweet and fruity, wrapped in rich oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of baked apple. The finish is smooth and mellow, with a lingering spiciness.
