Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle, matured for twelve years in American and European oak sherry casks.
It then spends a final spell in Amontillado casks from Jerez in Spain. Less than 5% of imported sherry casks are Amontillado.
The nose shows the influence of those Amontillado casks. On the palate there are dried fruits, and the finish is lingering and delicately spicy.
