Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a single malt matured for 12 years in American and European oak sherry casks, then finished in Amontillado casks from Jerez in Spain.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with pear, delicate dried fruit and subtle spice. On the palate, sweet fruit meets rich oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of baked apple. The finish is smooth and mellow, with lingering spice.
