The nose is fresh apple, pear and lemon zest with a hint of apricot, then gentle cinnamon, nutmeg and oak. The palate leans on green apple and pear, with honey, light vanilla, barley and mild ginger, in a smooth, slightly creamy texture. The finish is medium, sweet and fruity, with a faint oaky warmth.
