Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Unique Solera Reserve is a Scotch whisky matured through a solera system, a method first used for sherry that keeps the whisky continually mixing and its flavours harmonised. It has a bright, deep golden colour.
It rests in three kinds of cask: American oak, European oak and new oak.
The nose offers honey, vanilla and ripe fruit with cinnamon and ginger. On the palate, baked apple and caramel meet pepper and a touch of wood.
