Glenfiddich – 18 Year Old Single Malt (75cl)

This is an 18 year old single malt whisky from Glenfiddich, in a 750ml bottle. It was matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. Malt Master Brian Kinsman hand-selects 150 casks for each batch. The batches are then married together in large wooden tuns for a further three months, and every batch is individually numbered. The nose offers ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and strong oak. On the palate come dried fruit, candied peel and dates, with gentle oak beneath. The finish is warming.
