Grand Cru is a 23 year old Speyside single malt from Glenfiddich, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was aged in American and European oak casks and finished in French cuvée casks.
The nose offers juicy pear, lemon zest and ripe apple, with cinnamon, fresh mint and a little oak. The palate is honeyed malt and vanilla with apricot, nutmeg and a velvety, creamy texture. The long finish brings toasted almond, soft oak and gentle caramel, with hazelnut, brioche and honeysuckle.
