Grande Couronne is a 26 year old Scotch single malt from the Glenfiddich distillery in Speyside, bottled at 43.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky first matured at the Glenfiddich Distillery in American and European oak casks. It was then given an extended finish of two years in rare French Cognac casks, so the final stage of its maturation took place in Cognac wood.
