A 31-year-old single malt from Glenfiddich, matured in oak and named Grand Château. It was made at the distillery in Dufftown from a selection of casks chosen for the depth they gave the spirit. The nose offers caramelised apples, chestnut honey and a delicate floral note. On the palate it is soft and creamy, with sweet spice, dark chocolate and a slight smokiness. The finish is long and warm.
