Glenfiddich – 50 Year Old

Glenfiddich 50 Year Old is a single malt drawn from two casks, both of which matured for 50 years in Warehouse 8. Before bottling, the Malt Master married the two whiskies for six months in an American oak barrel. The release draws on the story of the first Glenfiddich vatting, made from nine casks in honour of William Grant's nine children. Each bottle is hand-blown and numbered in wax, finished by sixth-generation silversmith Thomas Fattorini, and comes in a hand-stitched black leather case lined with hand-woven silk.
