Glenfiddich – Age of Discovery Bourbon Cask

Glenfiddich Age of Discovery Bourbon Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in bourbon casks. It is a vibrant gold in colour. The nose offers warm toffee, deep citrus, marmalade on toast and a hint of old orange liqueur, balanced by dry, smoky oak tannin. The palate is layered and develops over time, particularly with a little water: vanilla pod, fine leather and Havana tobacco under light tannins, with cardamom and nutmeg and a sweet, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is warm and very long.
