Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has a bright, golden colour.
The nose brings notes of rum wood, with molasses, dates and very ripe tropical fruit, and a well-balanced sweet smoke behind. On the palate the smoke takes over, with varied smoky and peaty notes of differing intensity, followed by aged rum and wood, caramel, toffee and caramelised ripe fruit.
The finish is medium, moving between smoky notes and dark, woody sweetness.
