Glenfiddich Grand Cru is a 23-year-old Speyside single malt, bottled by the distillery in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The whisky was aged in both American and European oak, then finished in French Cuvee casks that previously held wines destined to become Champagne.
The nose is typically described as apple blossom, freshly baked bread and candied lemon. The palate brings rich vanilla oak, sweet brioche, sandalwood, pear sorbet and white grape, followed by a long, sweet finish.
