Glenfiddich Grand Cru is a 23-year-old Speyside single malt from Dufftown, finished in French cuvée casks of the kind traditionally used for sparkling wine. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle and was created by Malt Master Brian Kinsman.
It is bright gold with amber highlights. The nose offers white blossom, fresh brioche, pear sorbet and vanilla oak, while the palate brings sweet peach, apple tart, creamy oak and citrus zest. The finish is long, with delicate sweetness and a touch of spice.
