The Cognac casks add layers of sweet oak, with velvety aromas of café crème, brown sugar and soft spice.
The nose is lively, with toasty oak sweetness and notes of French pâtisserie, including Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry. The palate is deep, velvety and sweet, with café crème, soft brown sugar and a hint of spice. The finish is very long, with sweet oak.
