Glenfiddich – IPA Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl)

This is a Glenfiddich single malt with no age statement, in a 70cl bottle. It was finished for three months in casks that had previously been used to brew a bespoke IPA. The beer was made by the Speyside Craft Brewery in Forres, using British Challenger hops chosen for their fruitiness to sit alongside Glenfiddich's own fruity character. The whisky was created in collaboration with Seb Jones, a Speyside brewer. Master of Malts Brian Kinsman describes it as a zesty citrus note followed by soft, sweet vanilla and a hint of fresh hops.
