Glenfiddich – Special Old Reserve Pure Malt Scotch Whisky 1980s (75cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich Special Old Reserve Pure Malt is a core-range Scotch whisky from the 1980s, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. It is sold in Glenfiddich's triangular bottle, which was designed for the company in 1956 and first used for the brand in 1961. Pure Malt remained the preferred wording on the label of the flagship until 2000, although Glenfiddich was the first distillery to market a single malt brand, in 1963. The distillery was built by William Grant in 1886 and first distilled the following Christmas day.
