Glenglassaugh 15 Year Old joined the distillery's core range in July 2023. It is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% and natural colour.
Master blender Rachel Barrie layered Pedro Ximénez sherry casks with Spanish wine casks to give the coastal spirit a deep, indulgent character. She was inspired by time on the beach at Sandend Bay, watching the sun set over the North Sea.
The nose has oranges and salted caramel. Manuka honey and coffee lead the palate, and the finish brings date, orange papaya and chocolate.
