A single cask Glenglassaugh from the distillery's Rare Cask Releases, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2021 after ten years in an ex-Spanish wine hogshead. It was bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Master blender Rachel Barrie selected the cask, and the outturn was 294 numbered bottles.
The nose brings fresh cherry, cocoa powder and hints of vanilla, followed by coconut milk, banana skins and clove on the palate.
