Glenglassaugh Evolution is a Scotch whisky matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks. It is bottled at 50% ABV and is non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle. The nose has vanilla and coconut with hints of citrus and sweet spice. The palate is rich and rounded, with ripe fruit, honey and a light touch of toasted oak. The finish is long and spicy, with a pleasant warmth.
