Glenglassaugh Evolution is a single malt matured in hand-picked, first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels. It is bottled at 50% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
The maturation brings together whisky and oak in a balance with depth of character and finesse. It is described as reflecting the personality of Glenglassaugh and the landscape in which the distillery sits.
