Evolution is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Glenglassaugh, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose combines yellow fruits with vanilla. The palate is intense, with sweet butterscotch, ginger and baking spice through the middle. The finish is long, spiced and simmering, with a hint of salted taffy.
