Glenglassaugh – Portsoy Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Glenglassaugh Portsoy is a richly peated single malt named after the harbour village that neighbours the distillery. It is matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks and has a deep amber colour. The nose is maritime, with tropical fruit, sherried dark soy, port, liquorice and sea kelp. The palate is full-bodied, with dark chocolate, fermented soy, charred mango, treacle and a crack of sea salt.
