A 10 year old single malt from Glengoyne in the Highlands, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in hand-selected sherry casks made from European and American oak.
Glengoyne is distilled slowly, using air-dried barley.
The nose has fresh green apple and toffee with a hint of sherry. The palate is balanced oak and cinnamon with creamy vanilla, and the finish is long, with delicate spices and a warming almond note.
