Glengoyne 1967 Christmas Day Vintage Reserve is a Highland single malt from the distillery's Christmas Day Vintage Reserve series, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl size. The spirit was distilled on 25 December 1967 and bottled 24 years later, in 1992. Only 2,500 bottles were produced.
The nose offers dried apricot, fig and ripe berries with cinnamon and clove over a delicate oak background. On the palate, rich toffee and dark chocolate lead, joined by toasted almonds and orange zest in a creamy texture. The finish is long, with warming spice, lingering sweetness and caramelised nuts.
