This is a single cask Glengoyne distilled in 2008 and matured in a sherry cask. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and is one of 295 bottles.
It was bottled for an unnamed law society, and the name Per Fas Et Nefas refers to being right no matter the cost. The whisky comes straight from the cask, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The character is fruity and complex, with notes of toffee, apple and vanilla spice.
