This is a single cask Glengoyne from the Highlands, part of The Distillery Cask series. The spirit was distilled on 16 April 2008, matured in a sherry puncheon and bottled on 11 February 2019 at 60.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is richly sweet with sherry, malt and spice. The palate is lighter and fruity, and a little water brings out more of the fruit. The finish carries dark berries and smooth spices.
