Glengoyne 21 Year Old is a Scotch single malt matured for 21 years exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks. That sherry-only maturation is the defining feature of this bottling.
The nose brings sultanas and hazelnuts. On the palate there are dried fruits, rich spice, Christmas cake, honey and rich fruit, followed by a long finish of cinnamon.
