Glengoyne 25 Year Old is an unpeated Highland single malt matured entirely in sherry casks. This expression was bottled in 2014 at 48% ABV, combining the distillery's slow distillation with a rich, spicy character.
Red berries, cherries and dried figs meet cinnamon, clove and oak on the nose. The silky palate offers stewed plum, dark chocolate, spiced orange zest and roasted nuts. A long, warming finish brings fruitcake, coffee, liquorice, red fruit and black pepper.
